Even architects need a thoughtfully designed, inviting workspace! The POM Studio headquarters was envisioned as a collaborative studio that fosters creativity among team members while also serving as a gathering space for students and emerging architects eager to engage with the profession.

The renovation involved a significant transformation, opening up common areas to encourage interaction while maintaining smaller private offices and conference rooms for focused work. A strong emphasis on sustainability guided the design, incorporating an insulated attic space for improved energy efficiency, low-energy lighting solutions, and the repurposing of materials to reduce waste. Low-VOC paints and sealants were used to promote a healthier indoor environment. The result is a warm, laid-back space that blends functionality with eco-conscious design, creating an inspiring setting for collaboration, learning, and working.
