This newly constructed facility is designed as a welcoming hub for city students and visitors, offering opportunities to engage with agriculture and local history. It will also serve as a gathering space for farm staff and the Bainum Family team, hosting annual events and celebrations. Interactive trails will weave through the landscape, inviting exploration, while outdoor classrooms and gardens enhance hands-on learning experiences in a natural setting.

The building blends functionality with environmental responsibility. Interior spaces include a large assembly area, offices, and a fully equipped kitchen to support educational programs and events. Sustainable design elements such as strawbale-paneled walls, timber frame construction, solar panels, rainwater harvesting, and low-carbon materials ensure an eco-friendly and resilient space for learning and connection.
